Always proofread your work aloud. If you read it silently, you may read a word or sentence how you intended it instead of how it really appears. Read that again, it is confusing, but very important! Make sure that every sentence is a complete thought and makes sense. Check for the correct punctuation, word tense as well as the correct word.
