To learn anatomy you need to repeatably expose yourself to the systems you are trying to learn in different formats. Below are some videos on the anatomy of the human body.

The muscle system is responsible for movement of and in the body. Skeletal muscle are the muscles you consciously control. These include biceps, triceps, hamstrings, etc. The skeletal muscles are the ones you think of when you look at a bodybuilder.

The skeletal muscle connects to your skeletal system, but also holds it together. The skeletal muscle is controlled through the nervous system and receives a stimuli to contract. When the stimuli stops, the muscle relaxes.
